Our company, which was established in 2003, manufactures glass-reinforced plastic (GRP) composite products, thermoplastic parts and polyurethane products to a wide range of sectors such as Automotive, Agriculture and Construction Machinery.
Our Journey So Far
2003
We started our activities by manufacturing hand lay-up GRP products in a workshop of 150 m2 in Küçükbalıklı, Bursa.2005
Due to increasing demand for our products, we moved to our workplace in Bursa Uludağ Industrial Area.2005
We purchased our first RTM injection machine and started to produce RTM parts.2010
In order to meet the demands of the market and improve production, we moved to a new facility built on an area of 2500 m2 in Çalı Industrial Zone.2011
We added a Thermoplastic Vacuum Machine to our range and started to meet the plastic parts demands of our customers.2013
We were certified with ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System certificate.2013
We started to produce polyurethane parts by including two high pressure polyurethane machines in our production range.2014
Our R&D team that evaluated the feedback coming from the production team started to work on producing a new RTM machine. As a result of our efforts, in 2015, we produced a new RTM machine named Poltrans T1, which was more advanced than the previous ones.2019
Having changed our partnership structure in 2019, we will continue to grow under our new name of Makro Kompozit.2019
We moved to our new factory built on the Bursa-İzmir road.2019
We added an 800-ton hydraulic press to our range to meet the SMC parts demands of the composite market.
